Inventory varies week to week. If you qualify for our Technology Access Program, please bring documentation of your eligibility.

Our Technology Access Program, supported by third-party grant funding, helps make dependable computers affordable for individuals and families with limited incomes. Participation in income-based assistance programs—such as SNAP (EBT), free or reduced-price school lunch, SSI, or similar programs—qualifies customers for additional discounts. 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations and educational institutions may also purchase refurbished computers with valid Windows licenses. All refurbished computers with Windows 11 Professional include 1 year hardware warranty and 2 years of support. Chrome OS computers come with a 30-day Functionality Assurance Warranty.
Each CCR refurbished computer provides at least $800 in added value per computer compared to big-box alternatives—through included professional software, extended warranty and support, business-class hardware, and affordable local service.






Documentation of current enrollment in one of the income-based government assistance program listed below OR documentation of current household income that is under 200% of the federal poverty level (see table below) allows you to purchase our computers at a discounted price.
