Who Can Purchase a Computer from Cincinnati Computer Reuse?

Everyone is welcome. Anyone may purchase one of our refurbished desktop or laptop computers.

Choosing refurbished technology helps keep usable equipment out of landfills while putting reliable computers back into homes, schools, and community organizations where they continue to make a difference. When you compare our computer specifications and pricing to those offered by big-box retailers, you will often find exceptional value at a significantly lower cost.

How to Purchase a Low Cost Computer:

Visit us during our open hours to see our current inventory and choose your computer:

  • Wednesday: 3 pm - 8 pm
  • Saturday: 9 am - 1 pm

Browse our selection of desktops and laptops, and our knowledgeable volunteers will answer your questions and help you choose the best computer for your needs—whether it's for schoolwork, job searching, or staying connected. Inventory varies week to week. If you qualify for our Technology Access Program, please bring documentation of your eligibility.

Technology Access Program

Our Technology Access Program, supported by third-party grant funding, helps make dependable computers affordable for individuals and families with limited incomes. Participation in income-based assistance programs—such as SNAP (EBT), free or reduced-price school lunch, SSI, or similar programs—qualifies customers for additional discounts. Nonprofits and Educational Institutions

501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations and educational institutions may also purchase refurbished computers with valid Windows licenses. Please note: These systems do not include free Microsoft Office Orders for nonprofits and schools are handled separately Contact us directly to discuss availability and place an order

Warranty / Support

All refurbished computers with Windows 11 Professional include 1 year hardware warranty and 2 years of support. Chrome OS computers come with a 30-day Functionality Assurance Warranty.

Value-Add

Each CCR refurbished computer provides at least $800 in added value per computer compared to big-box alternatives—through included professional software, extended warranty and support, business-class hardware, and affordable local service.

Documentation of current enrollment in one of the income-based government assistance program listed below OR documentation of current household income that is under 200% of the federal poverty level (see table below) allows you to purchase our computers at a discounted price.
