Cincinnati Computer Reuse (CCR) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to affordable technology. We provide secure, environmentally responsible recycling and refurbishing services for businesses and individuals throughout Greater Cincinnati.
What We Do
- Refurbish: We take Generation 8 and newer computers, restore them to Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher standards, and provide them to low-income families, schools, and nonprofits.
- Recycle: Equipment that can’t be reused is responsibly recycled, keeping e-waste out of landfills.
- Secure: We provide professional-grade data destruction with a documented chain of custody and certificates of destruction for your peace of mind.

- BUSINESSES: We depend upon the support of businesses to help us achieve our mission. Please contact us to evaluate and discuss donation options. If your business has a large donation (at least 1 truckload), we may be able to schedule a pickup.
- INDIVIDUALS: Park near the drop-off area and walk-in during business hours. We’ll help unload your vehicle.

- Rechargeable (secondary) batteries
- Vintage computers and related parts, accessories, software, and documentation
Items We Accept With a Monetary Donation
Monitors and printers cost us to recycle. We ask for a donation when you donate these items so that we can focus on our primary mission of providing computers to those in need.
- $5 each: Monitors (CRT and LED)

- $5 each: Copier/printers
Items We Will Not Accept
CCR cannot accept large floor model printers, copiers or TVs.
Where To Drop Off Your Computer Equipment
Donation drop-off is located near our loading dock around the back of our building. Follow the signs on our building. Please do not leave items outdoors outside of business hours. Your personal information would be at risk. We are not responsible for data security for items left outside of our operating hours.
